This is a simple breath ritual for the Waxing Crescent Moon in Virgo, in the quiet days after the Leo Solar Eclipse. It emphasizes release of what the fire revealed and the reclaiming of what remains true.
Sit or stand where the evening air can touch your face. Place one hand lightly over your throat and the other over your heart. Inhale slowly through the nose. On the exhale, whisper:
“I release what no longer needs my voice.
I keep only what is true.”
Pause. Feel the space between the words.
Repeat three times.
Let the last breath leave a little quieter than the first.
No tools required here—just your presence and the willingness to let something small go so that something clearer can begin to grow.
